Personalized Workout Programs

I work with my clients to build a healthier lifestyle through our workouts and nutrition. I will create a custom workout and meal plan based on your goals, needs and current fitness level. My specialty is flexibility and joint management as well as fat loss, body sculpting, total body transformations and helping you feel like the best version of you, INSIDE and OUT. Looking great in a bathing suit is nice, but not if it’s a short-term fix or a rapid transformation at the expense of your health and well-being. I am all about getting you LONG-TERM results and changing your lifestyle and body for good.

Virtual Training

Train professionally in the comfort of your own home with virtual training! Limited space is required as most exercises are built around resistance training using a stability ball, rubber bands, kettlebells and your body weight. The emphasis is on core and functional training and building a strong foundation. All in-home personal training sessions can range between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs and fitness level.

Package pricing for virtual training starts at $75-$65/hour

Studio Training | Individual or Group

I offer one-on-one or group training that is fun and challenging while providing accountability, encouragement, education and social support. I can come to your gym of preference, or I have partnerships with various gyms across Toronto.

1-on-1 Personal Training

1-on-1 personal training is the most effective way to get results faster!

Package pricing starts at $110- 85/per session

Partner Training

Group personal training sessions are limited to 3 people, so you get individualized instructions and supervision.

Session pricing for partner training starts at $50/person.
